Dorrans No 1
and 2 are on the site of shepherd's croft. Each has three bedrooms, two twin rooms, and a
single, sitting/dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom, no shower. The building overlooks the River Spey to one side, and Loch
Pityoulish on the other. They are very convenient for fishing and
hill-walking activities. All rooms are on ground level. There is oil-fired central heating. Parking alongside.

attractive traditional cottage nestles along the old Sluggan Road.
Away from the other cottages it offers a true escape affording lovely
walks by the Milton burn and Caledonian Forest. Perfect for lovers of
wildlife and ideally located for badger, deer and red squirrel
spotting. It has a comfortable sitting room, kitchen and separate
dining room. There is plenty of storage space. It sleeps four, in two
twin rooms. It is equipped with bathroom but no shower, electric central heating. Parking alongside.

Cottage sits on the shores of Loch Pityoulish and offers picturesque
views over the water and surrounding hills. It has a comfortable
sitting room (with open fire) and separate spacious kitchen/dining facilities. For sunnier days there is
an outside picnic area. It has two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Parking alongside.

This
charming old farm cottage, recently renovated, is very popular with
anglers, amongst others, as it over looks the River Spey. It is
attractively furnished to a high standard, with a separate dining area,
off a good-sized fully-equipped kitchen. There are two upstairs
bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a single. A second
folding bed is available upon request. the bathroom has both a shower
and
a bath; the sitting room has an open fire. There is ample space for
skis, boots, anoraks etc. The cottage affords stunning views over the
spey valley. It has electric central-heating and parking alongside.

traditional bothy with a homely sitting room and open-plan kitchen a
short walk from the shores of Loch Pityoulish. It sleeps four in one
twin bedded room, and a room with a double bed. It has storage space
for skis, fishing rods and
other sports equipment. All rooms are on ground level and it is
accessible for wheelchairs and those with mobility difficulties, but
does have limitations. There is a bathroom equipped with shower.

well-equipped farmhouse is ideal for families or large groups. It has a
large farm kitchen with dining facilities, and both electric cooker and oil-fired Rayburn. There
are two comfortable sitting rooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower) and a drying room. It
has four bedrooms, sleeping seven, a child's cot can also be provided. The
house is situated close to the 'Lodge Beat' of the River Spey and looks
out towards the wooded hills of the Queens Forest, part of the
Cairngorm National Park. Well situated for immediate trekking into the
Cairngorms. Parking alongside.
